Assist in planning projects from initiation to official launch, including defining scope, flow, budget, promotional strategy, and required resources.
Manage and monitor projects to ensure they align with the planned timeline and budget.
Develop processes for planned projects and make adjustments based on evaluations from monitored projects.
Communicate and coordinate with project stakeholders, including internal teams, external teams, and other relevant parties.
Maintain thorough documentation and reporting for implemented projects.
Prepare presentation materials for the socialization of projects and/or new processes that will be or have been implemented, both for internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
Minimum 3 years of work experience in a financing company with similar responsibilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
