The Role:
We are rapidly expanding and looking to build a dynamic team of Business Development professionals focused on our National Partners. The National Partners Business Development Associate (BDA) is responsible for turning distribution relationships into tangible economic value—activating the right partners, accelerating them toward consistent production, and continuously sharpening the portfolio to ensure growth is intentional, scalable, and repeatable. This role reports directly to the Director of Growth and Distribution Strategy.
This role involves managing a portfolio of established and newly onboarded partners within the National Partners channel, with a primary focus on driving engagement through high-volume outbound activity and strategic follow-up. We are looking for an owner who doesn’t just grow premium but builds a system and partner ecosystem that makes growth inevitable.

For this position, you can expect a base salary ranging from $65,000.00 to $91,000.00 annually. The final salary will be influenced by various factors, such as your experience in the insurance sector, your unique skill set, and your location.
