The Hearings Business Development Team is responsible for new business and nurturing existing client relationships. What you'll be doing

  • Liaising with clients to educate them on the advantages of using our Hearings solution and the value proposition.
  • Responding to inbound enquiries and converting leads to opportunities using a consultative approach.
  • Nurturing client relationships and helping to drive customer success and account management initiatives.
  • Regular client contact over the telephone, email and in person.
  • Delivering engaging demos of the Opus 2 Hearings solution to legal teams, demonstrating a detailed understanding of our technology and its applicability to our clients and their use cases.
  • Preparing tailored fee proposals reflecting client requirements.
  • Working closely with the wider Business Development team, sharing knowledge and ideas to drive the achievement of our goals.
  • Liaising effectively with the Client Services, Solution Operations, Technical Delivery and Marketing teams.
  • Effective pipeline management, maintaining up-to-date Salesforce records.

Requirements

  • Willing to learn and get stuck in, with a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
  • Customer focused, interest in our clients and our role in the legal sector.
  • Ability to juggle tasks under pressure and manage your time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Collaborative team player with a flexible attitude.
  • Previous experience in a client facing or professional services role, within the legal sector is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to speak Cantonese and Mandarin as well as read/write Chinese would be a distinct advantage.
