Business Developer - South Bangalore

• Locates or Proposes Potential Business Opportunities,
• Identifies & develops company’s USPs and Differentiators
• Initiates Calls, Visits and Presentations to the Developer, Architects and Engineering Community for the identified projects
• Maintains a database of the Project Opportunities
• Manages project stages from identification / Specification and ending with receipt of Order.
• Coordinates both Internal and External teams to develop project specifications and project proposals in accord with Local guidelines.
• Analyzes Architectural and Engineering Drawings  / Blueprints to create Solution Proposals.

• Bachelor’s / Master Degree in Business
• 3- 7 Years of similar experience in the, Home Automation, Building, Construction, Lighting, Automation, Furniture, Flooring or Home Accessories Industry
• Prior Experience in Specification of projects to Architects / consultants
• Experience in Managing Commercial projects / working with key stakeholders of the project / working with Projects partners
• Good in Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Networking, Market Mapping and Business Analysis etc.
