Key Responsibilities

  • Market & Industry Research
    Conduct ongoing research to identify trends, emerging markets, competitors, and potential areas for business expansion.
  • Partnership Development
    Support the development and nurturing of strategic partnerships, alliances, and referral relationships that align with company goals.
  • Opportunity Analysis
    Evaluate potential business opportunities and prepare data-driven recommendations for management.
  • Proposal & Presentation Support
    Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and reports that outline growth opportunities or partnership strategies.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration
    Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align initiatives and ensure new business opportunities are executed effectively.
  • Process Improvement
    Identify internal process gaps or inefficiencies and contribute to solutions that enhance client experience or operational performance.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management
    Maintain accurate records of leads, partnerships, and business development activities in the company’s CRM or tracking tools.
  • Performance Tracking
    Support management in tracking KPIs related to growth initiatives, client engagement, and partnership success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Administration, or as an Executive Assistant, including project coordination (non-sales focused) and related business development experience
  • 2–3 years of experience supporting a CEO or CFO
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce)
  • Fluent English at C1 level or higher, with no accent
