By providing an end-to-end solution, consisting of our in-house developed cloud platform and connectivity hardware, we empower machine builders with the tools and technology to stay future-proof and transform the way they do business. As Business Developer Finland, you’ll be part of our Nordics team and play a key role in expanding our presence across the Finnish market. You’ll focus on business development, identifying new opportunities, building long-term relationships, and turning prospects into clients. It is your mission to help Finnish machine builders to further improve their service  by showing them what is possible with the IXON platform.

On a daily basis, you will be involved in the following activities: 

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities with machine builders in Finland;

  • Executing the full sales cycle: from prospecting and first contact to closing deals;

  • Building a strong network of prospects and industry connections;

  • Collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales Support, and Solution Engineers to deliver the best customer experience;

  • Providing market insights and feedback to continuously improve our go-to-market strategy in Finland.


This makes you successful 

You’re entrepreneurial, curious, and ready to make your mark in a recently entered region. You thrive on connecting with people and turning conversations into commercial success. You enjoy working independently but also value being part of an international, fast-paced team.

In addition, it would also be nice if you identify with the following points: 

  • 2–5 years of experience in a commercial or business development role (B2B);

  • Fluent in Finnish and English;

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills;

  • Eagerness to learn and grow, with a hands-on mentality;

  • Affinity with industrial automation, cloud solutions or mechanical engineering is a big plus;

  • You are based in Finland and willing to travel within the region by car.
