We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients or partners, and expand market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify, connect, and engage with potential clients — primarily startup founders, CEOs, and CFOs in the US market.
    • Lead end-to-end business development for Accounting and Finance Outsourcing services (Shared Services & FTE-based models).
    • Drive lead generation, manage outreach (LinkedIn, email, and other channels), and convert leads into qualified opportunities.
    • Build and execute GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies for our Accounting Outsourcing vertical.
    • Conduct discovery calls, prepare proposals, and close new business deals.
    • Collaborate with marketing to enhance campaign performance and optimize conversion.
    • Maintain accurate reporting of pipeline, forecasts, and client interactions through CRM tools.

Requirements

    • Proven experience as a BDM in Accounting, Finance, or Outsourcing domains.
    • Strategic understanding of GTM planning, lead generation, and sales funnel management for accounting/finance shared services.
    • Exposure to both Shared Services and Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) sales models.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Prior experience in targeting or working with US-based clients.
    • Ability to work independently, deliver results, and meet ambitious targets.
