Mitarbeit im zentralen Eingangstor (Jira):
• Annahme, Vorprüfung, Klassifizierung und Erfassung von Anfragen
• Rücksprache mit den Anfragenden bei unklaren/lückenhaften Anforderungen
• Aktive Unterstützung und Monitoring der Besetzung von Anfragen und Projekten
• Mitwirkung bei der Einsatzplanungssteuerung
• Begleitung und Steuerung des Beauftragungsprozesses für die Geschäftsbereiche
• Abgeschlossene informationstechnische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
• Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Themenbereich IT-Security
• Zielstrebige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Selbstständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
• Hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
• Kenntnisse in MS Office, v.a. Excel, Jira
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
