Business Controlling Internship - Finance Data & Reporting

We are looking for a Business Controlling Intern to support our Finance team with financial data preparation, reporting, and consolidation. This internship is designed for individuals who enjoy working with numbers, datasets, and reporting tools, and who want to build a strong foundation in technical finance and financial reporting.

During this internship program, you will gain hands-on experience in recurring financial reporting cycles and help build a scalable and consistent reporting foundation across Service Lines.

Requirements

• English and Polish at minimum B2 level
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics / Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data preparation, formulas, and pivot tables
• Strong interest in financial reporting, consolidation, and data validation
• Basic experience or strong interest in Power BI or other reporting / dashboard tools
• Ability to work with structured datasets and large volumes of data
• High attention to detail and focus on data accuracy and consistency
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to communicate numbers and data clearly
• Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You'll Do:

• Support preparation of financial reports and reporting datasets
• Assist with data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and consolidation across Service Lines
• Support recurring monthly reporting cycles
• Help ensure consistency of financial data across reports and tools
• Assist in maintaining and updating Power BI dashboards
• Participate in reporting process improvements and automation initiatives
• Document reporting logic, data flows, and basic controls
• Collaborate with Business Controllers to collect, validate, and structure financial data
