- Analyze client businesses to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions
- Conduct in-depth market research and data analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Develop and present comprehensive business plans and strategies to clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement recommended solutions
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
- Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as needed to ensure client satisfaction
- Develop strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide cutting-edge advice
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in business consulting or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and business software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, SQL)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Strong presentation and client-facing skills
- Adaptability and willingness to travel as required
