This role is well-suited for an early-career analyst with some hands-on experience who is ready to take on increasing ownership of analysis, reporting, and measurement execution.     You will work closely with marketing, communications, and analytics partners to track performance, analyze trends, and maintain reliable measurement across campaigns and channels. Your work will help improve data quality, reporting consistency, and confidence in insights used by teams across the organization.  How You Will Contribute
  • Build and maintain clear, reliable performance dashboards and reports that align to defined marketing and business metrics. 
  • Analyze customer and audience journeys—from acquisition to engagement to conversion—to highlight trends, friction points, and optimization opportunities. 
  • Execute and uphold measurement best practices, including UTM parameter setup, naming conventions, documentation, and ongoing QA to ensure consistent and trustworthy tracking. 
  • Partner with marketing, digital, and analytics teams to review campaign setups, validate tracking, and troubleshoot foundational data or attribution issues. 
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer business and marketing questions, converting complex data into concise, actionable insights for stakeholders. 
  • Support recurring reporting rhythms (weekly, monthly, and post‑campaign) and contribute to the preparation of insights, visualizations, and readouts for cross‑team communication. 
  • What You Will Bring
  • 1–3 years of experience (including internships) in marketing analytics, business analysis, performance reporting, or related analytical roles. 
  • Familiarity with core digital marketing metrics and KPIs (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversion, email performance). 
  • Experience supporting or executing campaign tracking (e.g., UTM parameters, tagging frameworks). 
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4. 
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis, cleaning, and reporting. 
  • Exposure to BI or data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau). 
  • Basic familiarity with SQL or a clear interest in developing querying skills. 
  • Ability to create and maintain clear documentation for measurement standards and reporting conventions. 
  • Comfort managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast‑moving environment. 
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and consistency.
