Through our cutting-edge machine learning, data science, and anti-fraud AI, we have served over 18 million customers as of 2025 while achieving solid profitability for sustainable growth.   This role The Business Analyst Manager is responsible for developing reports on the performance of our operational processes based on data analysis, using BI and SQL tools, to collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define business opportunities, transforming data into actionable insights to guide business decisions. Responsibilities

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover root causes of operational or strategic challenges, translating complex issues into clear decision-making frameworks to leadership, partnering with cross-functional teams to frame problems and develop actionable solutions

  • Define, refine, and manage key performance indicators aligned with business goals, creating dashboards and reporting tools to monitor progress and surface insights regularly, in order to identify gaps between targets and actuals, flagging risks and opportunities early.

  • Translate strategic priorities into clear initiatives, timelines, and owners, following up rigorously with stakeholders to ensure timely progress and resolution of blockers.

    • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in  Data analytics and sales operation, on Fintech or Start-up.
  • Data visualization software (Power BI, Looker, Tableau), Python, SQL and Excel advanced skills.
  • Data-driven mindset and decisions, results-driven, flexible (enjoy a high-change environment), growth focused, teamwork.
  • Problem solving: ease and creativity to seek solutions to day-to-day challenges and achieve the best results;
  • Strong communication skills for reporting and collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Influence without authority collaboration with cross-functional teams
