Title: Business Analyst-Workday
The Enterprise Applications Business Analyst will join Material’s growing Enterprise
Applications team to elicit, document, maintain, and communicate technology
requirements. You will use specifications, runbooks, and process flows to optimize
the way our systems function. These documents will be key inputs for configuring,
integrating, and architecting our enterprise SaaS platforms. You will play an
important role in translating the needs of business users into acceptance criteria
used by the technical teams that design, build, and deploy new solutions. With this
goal in mind, you will work cross-functionally with People, Finance, Delivery, IT,
Legal, and other stakeholders while ensuring that their needs are met.
You enjoy solving complex problems and have a talent for understanding business
needs while helping to build solutions that remove pain and inefficiencies. You are
precise and focused, but also make work fun; all while working collaboratively and
providing stakeholders with a great experience. You work well with a diverse group
of teammates and enjoy sharing your innovative ideas with them to build new
workflows and automation that contribute as we rapidly scale our organization.
