Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Product/Business Analyst with 2 to 4 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making, product development, and business growth. The role will act as a bridge between the product and growth team.This position requires a strong proficiency in SQL queries, and experience with user analysis tools like Mixpanel or similar, as well as the ability to build dashboards in AWS QuickSight.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis: Utilize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from our databases to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and product requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of goals and objectives.
User Analysis: Leverage user analysis tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar, to track and analyze user behavior and provide actionable insights.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Product Development Support: Assist in the development of product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and user stories based on data-driven findings.
Metrics Tracking: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of products and business initiatives.
Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain data visualizations and dashboards in AWS QuickSight to present findings and track progress to stakeholders.A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize product features and business strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful project implementation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering).
2 to 4 years of experience as a Product/Business Analyst in a tech startup.
Proficiency in writing database SQL queries is a must.
Experience with user analysis tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar is a plus.
Experience in building dashboards in AWS QuickSight is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
