In This Role

In this role, you will support inventory management, data quality initiatives, and post-release process stabilization for a large, distributed operations environment. You will work with internal and external partners to reconcile inventory across systems, improve data accuracy, and streamline end-to-end supply chain workflows. This position blends hands-on data analysis with operational problem-solving, vendor coordination, and cross-functional communication. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to dig into complex datasets, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

 

Responsibilities

Inventory & Data Operations

    • Perform daily inventory reconciliation across multiple systems and field service locations (FSL).
    • Track, validate, and resolve discrepancies in serialized inventory and transactional flows.
    • Maintain high-quality inventory and process data to support reporting, audits, and operations.
    • Identify data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
    • Support streamlined processes following a major system release.

Business Operations & Process Management

    • Establish and maintain communication channels across business units and partner teams.
    • Maintain storage, retrieval, and governance of project communications and operational metrics.
    • Review contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements for accuracy.
    • Set up project structures and work breakdown frameworks for operational initiatives.
    • Establish and document business processes to support supply chain and reconciliation workflows.
    • Track budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure costs remain aligned with project forecasts.
    • Predict potential budget overruns and provide mitigation options.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work with suppliers, internal engineering teams, and supply chain partners to manage onboarding and operational execution.
    • Communicate identified issues and drive alignment on resolutions.
    • Engage with partners to ensure end-to-end process accuracy and system reliability.

 

Minimum Qualifications (Required)

    • 5–7 years of experience in inventory management, inventory reconciliation, or related operations roles.
    • 5–7 years of experience in data quality, reporting, or operational data analysis.
    • 2–3 years of experience working with supply chain processes or execution workflows.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
    • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience using productivity tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel (advanced Excel a plus).
    • Ability to analyze business trends, review data accuracy, and apply mathematical concepts where needed.

 

Preferred Qualifications

Salary Range 

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $33.65 USD/hour. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
