What you will do:

Analyze business performance and uncover areas for improvement using data

  • Create reports, dashboards, and insights for internal stakeholders and leadership

  • Support strategic planning and forecasting with data-driven recommendations

 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional and B2B teams to align analytics with business goals

 

  • Define territory plans by analyzing market potential and assigning priority areas to sales teams across DACH

 

  • Optimize restaurant content and merchandising on the platform

 

  • Lead and support special projects and initiatives, ensuring clear tracking and results

 

Who you are:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role (Data, Research, Analytics)

  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to work with complex datasets

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets → you’re someone who truly loves spreadsheets and uses them effectively

  • Solid understanding of business analytics principles and KPIs

  • Excellent communication skills – able to present findings in a clear and compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Experience or familiarity with project management, including handling timelines, milestones, and stakeholder coordination

  • Fluent in English, German and / or French as a plus

  • Strong local understanding of the DACH landscape (at least in one of the countries, we can help you with the rest)

You Can Impress With These Additions 

 

  • Experience with tools like Salesforce / Snowflake / Tableau / Notion / Looker Studio

 

  • Familiarity with SQL or other query languages

 

  • Exposure to financial modeling or forecasting

 

  • Previous experience working in the restaurant industry

 

  • Knowledge of data warehousing or database structures
