Business Analyst

• Database support and monitoring - Maintain internal databases using SQL, ensuring data is accurate and accessible for commercial teams
• Dashboard and report management - Update and manage Tableau dashboards and deliver regular weekly and monthly reports for Sales, Operations, and Marketing
• Ad-hoc analysis - Respond to data requests and conduct analysis to answer urgent business questions
• Data quality assurance - Monitor data accuracy and flag any issues that could impact reporting or decision-making
• Stakeholder partnership - Work with commercial teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support
• Trend identification and insights - Analyze data to spot patterns and trends that could inform business decisions
• Process documentation - Document analytical processes and suggest improvements to make workflows more efficient

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in data analysis, business analytics, or related roles
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel (including complex formulas and pivot tables), and data visualization tools like Tableau
• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of descriptive statistics and business performance metrics
• Ability to navigate database structures and maintain dashboards for stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a simple, effective manner to diverse audiences
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality
• Self-motivated team player with adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced commercial environment

Nice-to-Have:

• Previous exposure to sales, operations, or commercial teams
• Basic knowledge of Python, R, or other analytical programming languages
• Understanding of the Indonesian business environment
• Experience in technology or online businesses
