.E-bidding on Upwork and Freelancers, client communication, project finalizing, and final delivery.

. Creating documents like BRS /SRS and Project Cost Estimation

. Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
· Communication between the Client and the Technical teams.

.Good Knowledge of Mobile apps (iOS/android/hybrid) and Web systems.

. Generating Revenue & projects and closing deals with International Clients.

.Create a formal proposal for the project and interact effectively with prospective clients over email, phone, and instant messengers.
· Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of client’s organization and industry.
· Creating documents like BRS /SRS and Project Cost Estimation
· Identifies client organizations' strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.
· Technical Recommendation and Testing.

.Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.

Requirements:

· A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.

· A minimum of 3-4 years experience in business analysis or a related field.

· Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

· The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

· Good Knowledge of Mobile apps (iOS/android/hybrid) and Web systems.

· Strong documentation skills, prioritizing requirements and create conceptual prototypes, Business Proposal, Agreement, SRS, RFS, etc. to ease the flow of work development.

· Should have sound technical knowledge of the frameworks and technologies.

· Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

· Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.

· Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

· A track record of following through on commitments.

· Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

· Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
