We are seeking an experienced a Managing Consultant / PMO Consultant with strong exposure to asset management, ideally including Aladdin, Order Management Systems (OMS), or middle‑office platform transformation. You will join our team supporting a major global asset manager through a multi‑year change program focused on platform migration, operational design, and workflow optimization.
This role will suit someone who thrives in complex environments, understands end‑to‑end investment operations, and can drive structured, data‑led change across multiple workstreams and stakeholders. You’ll support a major transformation program, delivering an Aladdin platform migration and shaping the future operating model.
Key Responsibilities
Leading elements of the Aladdin migration, including account set‑up, testing, and data migration/validation
Supporting interim and target operating model design across investment operations
Defining target‑state requirements for data, workflows, processes and roles
Managing program governance, dependencies, and cross‑functional working groups
Contributing to Account Master transformation, including data analysis and legacy platform decommissioning
Coordinating pipeline management across SMAs, funds and investment teams
Driving workflow redesign, including onboarding, transitions, terminations and system migration
Qualifications
Exposure to Aladdin, an OMS, or middle-office system change program
Solid knowledge of asset management operations, especially areas such as account master, trading system setup, market registration, and trade routing
Proven capability in workflow design, data analysis, data migration, validation, and process efficiency/automation
Ability to collaborate with technical, operational and program teams in a complex environment
Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
Expectations Regarding Hybrid Working:
As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy on physically working from the office (which may be the client’s offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our client’s policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly, this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita requires. However, some of our clients have now moved up to 4 or even 5 days in the office and we require candidates to be flexible to meet our clients’ demands.
Salary Range:
$100,000-$150,000 (dependent on experience)
