Scope of Responsibilities:

1. Assess requests from end-users and provides feedback/updates to requester on result of assessment or development.

2. Understands strategic business needs and plans for growth.

3. Participates in the design, development, testing and deployment of system enhancements.

4. Finds technological solutions to business requirements.

5. Creates, analyzes, and validates detailed functional specifications.

6. Facilitates design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution.

7. Delivers elements of systems design, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables

8. Validate software implementation configuration activities.

9. Support end-user education.

10. Complete system maintenance training to maintain the system post activation.

11. Assume responsibility for project tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion

12. Escalates and coordinates production issues to concerned departments or units or third-party vendor; ensuring that the resolution of issues is within the set Service Level Agreement.

13. Documents system issue and resolution applied.

Job Requirements

Academic/Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer Telecommunication/ Computer Science/ In-formation Technology ), Accounting or business related course or College degree in Medical Sci-ence with background in Information Technology
  • Required to report and work onsite

Relevant Experience

  • At least 2 years work experience in any/all of the following:
  • End user computing
  • System support
  • Systems analysis and design
  • Experience in maintenance and/or development of Accounting, Payroll System, School Information System is preferred
  • Experience in maintenance and/or development of clinical applications or hospital information systems is an advantage

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge in various operating system like Windows, Android, IOS; Relation Database Man-agement System (RDBMS) like MS SQL and Oracle; NoSQL like MongoDB; software develop-ment tools like Visual Basic and Java.
  • Skilled in using modeling tools such as Unified Modeling Language (use case, swim lane), data flow diagram, process flow diagram, entity relationship diagram, data dictionary
  • Knowledge in Systems Development Life Cycle, Agile methodology, SCRUM

  • (verbal and written), presentation, analysis, organizational and management skills
