If so, we're looking for a Business Analyst - Mobile Banking Applications to join our team on our journey to success!
What You’ll do:
Analyze and document business and technical requirements for a mobile banking application.
Prepare and maintain technical analysis in Confluence to support frontend and backend development
Work closely with the Product Owner to manage and prioritize the backlog
Lead workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and propose solutions
Model business processes (as-is / to-be) and identify improvement opportunities
Ensure requirements are correctly implemented throughout development and testing
Collaborate with QA teams during test planning, execution, and UAT
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Stand-ups)
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
Analyze and document business and technical requirements for a mobile banking application.
Prepare and maintain technical analysis in Confluence to support frontend and backend development
What you’ll need to succeed:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in banking, fintech, or digital products)
Experience with mobile or digital applications
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Good understanding of UX principles
Proficiency in English
