Business Analyst (Middle) Video team

Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a  Business/System Analyst in software companies Upper-intermediate or Advanced English, strong communication skills Strong analytical skills Experience in collection and elaboration of requirements Experience in creating business requirements, specifications, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria in a clear and concise form Experience in writing technical documentation, creation of system diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes Basic knowledge of software architecture and microservices Advanced knowledge of IP protocol stack, REST API design, integration protocols and data formats Understanding of web and mobile application development processes Self-motivated, well-organized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills   Preferred Skills Good knowledge of Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence) and Figma/Sketch/Balsamiq (or similar) Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UX/UI, customer support, marketing Pre-sale experience Experience in video related features/products will be a plus   Key Responsibilities Create and maintain clear and concise business requirements, specifications, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria Support the creation of technical documentation, system diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate interpretation and implementation of business requirements Participate in the development and enhancement of Ajax Video Continuously improve processes and propose innovative solutions to business challenges Performing analysis of competitors Check that new requests don’t break anything in the existing product and compliant with the main product goals Aid in testing of a product
