Business Analyst - Medium/Senior Level (Stockholm-based)

We are currently looking to strengthen our talent pipeline with a Business Analyst (medium-senior or senior level) to support ongoing and upcoming client assignments.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather and define requirements
• Translate business needs into clear, structured documentation (e.g., user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria)
• Drive or support workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
• Ensure traceability from requirements to delivered solution
• Support testing and validation processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis practices
• Adapt to Agile, SAFe or hybrid methodologies depending on client context

Requirements

✅ Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with requirements engineering, business process modeling, and backlog management
• Familiar with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro/Mural, etc.
• Fluent English, knowledge of Swedish (written and verbal) is a big plus
• Valid Swedish work permit is mandatory

🌟 Preferred Skills:

• Experience in telecom, fintech, public sector, or regulated industries
• Knowledge of Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models
• Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, or light SQL is a plus
• Previous consulting experience highly valued
