About the Role:

This is the first hire for our Go-To-Market function in India. You’ll work directly with the founding team to support market research, strategic analysis, and GTM execution across functions. This is a high-growth opportunity for early-career professionals looking to build depth and breadth in strategy and operations, with direct exposure to healthcare innovation and venture building.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Intelligence

· Conduct market, customer, and competitor research

· Track trends, consolidate insights, and share updates across the org

· Maintain a central knowledge base

2. Strategic Analysis

· Develop financial and operational models

· Translate research into decision-ready recommendations

· Assist in preparing strategy memos and investor materials

3. Growth Support

· Analyze new markets, partners, and services

· Contribute to marketing and sales materials

· Support core ops: presentations, reporting, project tracking

Qualifications:

· 1–3 years in consulting, business strategy, operations, or research

· Excellent analytical and communication skills

· Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail

· Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data tools

· Preferred: Tier 1 undergraduate or postgraduate background
