We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join Macellan SuperApp team and support our software development processes. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and task management skills, and is eager to build a career in business analysis and testing.

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage incoming requests, ensuring proper prioritization and follow-up

  • Monitor and support the end-to-end software development lifecycle

  • Prepare functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation

  • Identify gaps, suggest improvements, and contribute to process optimization

  • Collaborate closely with software development and product management teams to ensure requirements are correctly implemented

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery

  • Participate in testing processes and validate developed features against requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication and coordination abilities

  • Familiarity with software development processes
