We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join Macellan SuperApp team and support our software development processes. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and task management skills, and is eager to build a career in business analysis and testing.
Responsibilities
Track and manage incoming requests, ensuring proper prioritization and follow-up
Monitor and support the end-to-end software development lifecycle
Prepare functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation
Identify gaps, suggest improvements, and contribute to process optimization
Collaborate closely with software development and product management teams to ensure requirements are correctly implemented
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery
Participate in testing processes and validate developed features against requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
1–2 years of experience in a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Familiarity with software development processes
