Business Analyst Information Technology

Octal Philippines Inc. is in search of a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding business needs, analyzing processes, and providing solutions to achieve business goals. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop detailed documentation, and ensure that our technological initiatives align with the organization’s objectives. Your analytical skills will play a critical role in identifying opportunities for improvement and delivering valuable insights to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Proficient in modeling business processes and creating documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is an advantage.
