Business Analyst (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

TLDR

Work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements, supporting cloud transformation programs in the insurance industry.

4 - 6 years’ experience as an IT/Tech Business Analyst, preferably in real estate insurance projects.
Strong understanding of insurance lifecycle systems: policy admin, underwriting, claims, renewals, billing.
Knowledge of system integration (APIs, ETL, middleware) and data management (SQL, data mapping, BI tools).
Familiarity with cloud-based insurance platforms
Proficiency in BA tools: JIRA, MS Visio, MS Excel
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements (BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria).
Act as the liaison between client stakeholders and engineering teams in cloud transformation programs.
Support delivery through requirement traceability, UAT coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Familiarity with SQL Server and database design.
