👩‍💻🧑‍💻 Your Role as a Business Analyst at Ivy Partners:

• Collect and analyse requirements.

• Lead discussions to capture operational needs and suggest customized IT solutions.

• Convert business demands into precise user stories and functional specifications for our development team.

• Create comprehensive documentation and specifications.

• Keep the product backlog current, ensuring clarity and prioritization of tasks.

• Facilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning meetings regularly.

• Develop and perform both technical and functional test cases to verify new features and improvements.

• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and collect feedback to drive continuous enhancements.

• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and challenges to the IT Team Lead, and communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders.
