Build and maintain ongoing relationships to ensure alignment on requirements and priorities.
Documentation & Specification: Create comprehensive documentation including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, user journey maps, acceptance criteria, and system design specifications. Ensure all documentation is clear, accurate, and easily understood by both technical and non-technical audiences.

Customer & User Research: Conduct user research sessions, interviews, and process walkthroughs with customers to deeply understand their supply chain and logistics workflows, challenges, and needs. Translate these insights into actionable requirements and feature recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with Product Management, Engineering, QA, Customer Success, and Sales teams across global time zones to ensure requirements are clearly understood and successfully delivered. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
Quality Assurance Support: Partner with QA teams to develop test cases, validate that implementations meet business requirements, and ensure solutions deliver the intended business value. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
Process Improvement: Proactively identify inefficiencies in current processes and workflows, both internal and customer-facing. Propose and help implement improvements that enhance productivity, user experience, and business outcomes.
