It offers a dynamic and welcoming environment where our employees can connect and network with a large community of tech professionals.   THE ROLE We are looking for an Operations Business Analyst to run end-to-end operational performance, identifying key trends and supporting decision-making through data-driven analysis and actionable recommendations. This role will play a critical part in monitoring, analyzing, and improving operational efficiency and customer experience across our services. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Oversee end-to-end performance of all operational services, collaborating cross-functionally with Operations and Finance to run Weekly and Monthly Business Reviews, ensuring key stakeholders are aligned on insights and priorities.

Investigate root causes behind performance trends and anomalies, going beyond surface-level data into comprehensive variance analysis. Present findings in a clear, actionable manner with data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency, service levels, and customer experience.

Design and manage dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Looker), ensuring data governance and quality across teams to provide accurate and meaningful insights.

Develop and spread new metrics that align with business targets, continuously refining how we evaluate order and operational service performance.

Conduct ad-hoc analyses to inform strategic initiatives and run the yearly service targets set up, assisting Operations leaders during the process and establishing performance benchmarks.

WHO YOU ARE

University degree must include a strong analytical focus. The successful candidate will likely have a degree in economics, maths, management, engineering or any other related field.

Minimum 4 years’ experience as data or business analyst.

Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau), SQL/Big Query and excel.

Clear communicator, with the ability to turn numbers into a story that non-experts can understand.

Strong analytical skills, data-based decision-making and detail-oriented.

Dynamic, with a high sense of responsibility and a problem-solver.

Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and spoken.
