We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a long-term international assignment as an external consultant at advanced level (7+ years of experience). The position is remote, however it requires the candidate to be located within 2 hours driving distance from the client’s headquarters in Warsaw, Poland.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and document functional and non-functional requirements for assigned projects.
- Analyse and map existing and target business processes and system functionalities.
- Coordinate and conduct requirements validation sessions with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed functional specifications, use cases, process diagrams and wireframes.
- Support feasibility studies and rapid assessments of potential IT solutions.
- Prepare documentation for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), guide users during testing, and manage defect tracking.
- Produce technical and user documentation to support service transition and ongoing maintenance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve tools.
- Participate actively in Project Management Office (PMO) activities, including meetings, workshops and reporting.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience with medium to large-scale cross-functional systems in an international context.
- Strong client engagement, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills.
- Experience working within project frameworks (e.g., Prince2, PMI).
- Strong understanding of UML diagrams, user stories, wireframes, mockups, and SDLC processes.
- Familiarity with administrative and/or health data domains is a plus.
- Excellent command of English (C1 or higher). Knowledge of a second WHO language is desirable.

University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Required certificates:
At least two relevant certifications, such as:
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
- UML Professional
- BPM 2 Fundamental Certification
