Business Analyst

Business Analyst at EGS responsible for translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and detailed process flows. Collaborates closely with development and QA teams to define functional specifications, ensure solution alignment, and support end-to-end delivery of high-quality, value-driven products.

Position Overview։ Drive strategic direction and operational excellence for customer solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product roadmap; prioritize stakeholder requirements
• Manage requirements for the following services: APIs, reporting, data extraction, analytics and BI
• Collaborate on architecture optimization (datastores, APIs, BI solutions)
• Support governance, compliance and operational excellence
• Act as liaison between business and technical teams

Technical Knowledge Required

• Intermediate-to-advanced card issuing and payment processing expertise
• Data warehouse and real-time data synchronization
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL queries

Business Knowledge

• Payment ecosystems and multi-platform operations
• Data governance and client-centric solutions
• Regulatory requirements (PCI-DSS, GDPR, banking standards)

Experience Required

• 3-5 years payment/fintech (Product Owner)
• 3+ years as Business Analyst in complex environments
• 2+ years data analytics/BI solutions
• Agile/scrum methodology proficiency

Tools: JIRA, Confluence, BI tools, SQL
