CPM Ireland are looking for a Business Analyst on behalf of our client, Diageo to manage and develop the reporting systems used across Diageo programs. In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to make sure our systems, reporting tools, and field activities all work together effectively.

You’ll play a key part in turning data into meaningful insights, helping guide decision‑making and supporting the performance of our programs. This is a role for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, collaborating, and improving how things work.

What You’ll Do:

Reporting & Data Analysis:

  • Deliver high‑quality reporting solutions and manage financial reporting.
  • Analyse monthly sales and category data to spot trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.
  • Provide clear, data‑driven recommendations that support strategy and business growth.
  • Ensure reporting accuracy across all performance metrics, KPIs, and data submissions.

System & Program Development:

  • Maintain and improve reporting platforms to ensure they meet client needs.
  • Identify ways to streamline reporting processes and add value.
  • Resolve reporting or system issues quickly to support successful campaigns.
  • Ensure all reporting solutions align with program goals and measurement frameworks.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build strong working relationships through regular updates, system enhancements, and KPI discussions.
  • Present insights in a clear, understandable, and actionable way.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to continuously improve reporting processes.

What You’ll Bring:

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
  • Strong ability to interpret both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Experience with project management or system implementation.

Business & Analytical Skills:

  • Ability to map, analyse, and improve business processes.
  • Experience developing reporting requirements and recommendations.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in FMCG, field sales, or a commercial environment (advantageous but not essential).

Communication & Time Management:

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
