Business Analyst - Data & AI

Allucent is seeking a skilled Business Analyst specializing in Data & AI to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between our business objectives and data-centric solutions by leveraging your analytical skills to provide insights and drive decision-making.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across various levels of the organization to identify business needs and translate them into effective technical requirements and actionable project plans. Your expertise in data analysis and artificial intelligence will help us enhance the capabilities of our products and services, ultimately leading to improved outcomes for our clients.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear and concise technical specifications.
• Work with data scientists, engineers, and other analysts to implement data-driven solutions and AI strategies.
• Identify opportunities for improving business processes through data and AI initiatives, providing recommendations for enhancements.
• Create detailed documentation including business requirements, workflow diagrams, and project plans.
• Participate in solution design and review sessions, ensuring all functional requirements are addressed.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to provide insights and support executive decision-making.
• Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are met in compliance with quality standards.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure understanding and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably specializing in Data & AI projects.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools, as well as familiarity with AI/ML concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation languages.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
