Role: Business Analyst (BSS)
Location : Malaysia

As part of this expansion, multiple roles are open across key functions to help build, maintain, and enhance next-generation solutions. Responsibilities:

Collaborate to gather and refine business needs
Translate outcomes into user stories, process flows, data needs and acceptance criteria in Jira/Confluence
Maintain traceability of requirements from design through testing and release
Work with QA/QE and product teams to define and validate UAT test cases
Participate in agile rituals (planning, demos, retrospectives) and help manage backlog grooming, prioritization, and requirement sign-offs

Requirements

A graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
At least 3 years in business analysis, preferably in digital, telecom, or consumer app environments
Hands-on experience with Jira/Confluence and agile methodologies is a must
Experience in documenting digital journeys, mobile/web self-serve features, or customer portals
Acquired Agile (e.g. SAFe, CSM) or BA certifications (e.g., CBAP) preferred.
