We are now looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights, develop impactful dashboards, and support decision-making across diverse industries. If you have strong analytical skills, experience with Power BI and advanced Excel, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment where your analysis makes a real impact, then this opportunity is for you.

Main Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze business requirements and transform them into functional specifications
• Generate insightful analysis, reporting and data visualization to answer critical business questions, proactively identify notable trends and communicate business performance.
• Consult with other experienced analysts to develop dashboards and metrics in order to identify key performance drivers and uncover unique insights.
• Take ownership and develop customer’s reports that provide all the information needed.
• Work closely with the operational stakeholders and consult them through analysis in order to reach their targets.
• Oversee and assist in real time Monitoring
• Communicate targets and expectations to all stakeholders in a timely and clear form.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics or a related field.
• At least 2 years experience in business analytics in a high paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel skills) and data visualization tool of Power BI. Advanced skills on Power Bi will be considered as an asset
• Experience with business intelligence , data integration, analysis, reporting and data visualization.
• Ability to work in a constructive manner with a variety of customers, different levels of seniority and domain expertise.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in English.
