Job Summary: We are seeking for a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst to be part of Santander Consumer Finance team with a specific focus on the auto sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the consumer banking business, particularly in the auto segment, and will be adept at translating business and functional needs to technical teams. This role requires residency in Netherlands and going to the office in Utrecht 3 – 4 days a week.
Background:
Working closely with the Head of Technology and Operations in the region the candidate will act as a liaison between the consumer finance business unit and technical teams by understanding and analysing the business needs, with a focus on auto financing and related services.
He will translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of business goals and technical solutions, providing insights and recommendations to improve business processes and customer experiences.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:
• Critical: 6+ years experience.
• Critical: living in Netherlands, go to office 3 - 4 days a week in Utrecht.
• Critical: knowledge of consumer finance, specifically auto loans.
• Critical: business analyst skills, transform business requirements and processes into technology requirements.
• Critical: fluent English and strong communication.
• Important: some experience as product owner.
• Important: knowledge of project management and senior stakeholder management.
• Important: business degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Nice to have: Spanish and / or Dutch language skills.
