Business Analyst

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the team to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions.

• Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and technical constraints.

• Translate business needs into high-level solution concepts, scope documents, and feature lists.

• Develop presentations, proposals, cost estimates, and technical documentation for clients.

• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and QA to ensure requirements are feasible and testable.

• Create and maintain project documentation (functional specs, data flow diagrams, system architecture documentation). 

• Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage conflicting requirements.

• Assist in creating Proof of Concepts (PoC) or prototypes when required.

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with experience with pre-sales activities

• Strong understanding of IT outsourcing, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and delivery models (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

• Experience working with enterprise clients in Finance, Healthcare, or similar complex domains.

• Proven experience in gathering and analyzing client requirements, preparing proposals, and assisting in the sales process.

• Ability to define project scope, functional requirements, and success criteria.

• Understanding of API integrations, cloud solutions, and software architectures (would be a plus).

• Proficiency in diagramming tools (e.g., BPMN, UML, Figma, Miro).

• Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides for presentations and Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

• Ability to estimate timeframes, costs, and resource needs for projects.

Communication & Soft Skills:

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for client interactions.

• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

• English Level B2 at least
