💼 Key Responsibilities
You will play a critical role in managing processes across all card types—Bireysel, Ticari, Ek/Sanal/Dijital—and will work closely with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Risk, and Operations.
Your key responsibilities include: (may vary depending on your team)
- Managing card application journeys across all channels (Branch, IVR, Digital)
- Integrations with KKB/LKS, Decision Support, Analytics Solutions and other decisioning tools
- Oversight of card lifecycle operations: new issuance, renewal, closure, limits, fraud
- Supporting fee & commission configurations, statement management, posting, rediscount
- Handling BIN/RANGE, EMV scripting, PIN management, encryption/key management
- Managing POS onboarding, device vendors, parameter distributions, RKL flows
- Driving interchange & clearing processes (Visa Base II, Mastercard IPM, BKM YTH/BTH)
- Working on 3DS 2.x, ACS, GO authentication systems, API integrations, and open banking
- Ensuring regulatory compliance (BDDK, PCI-DSS, KVKK) and adapting to scheme updates
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in card payment systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
- Experience with banking/payment systems, POS infrastructures, and merchant onboarding
- Strong understanding of ISO 8583, EMV transaction flow, 3DS, tokenization, and fraud detection
- Familiarity with Visa, Mastercard, BKM, and their operational and reporting structures
- Strong analytical and documentation skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Fluency in Turkish; professional working proficiency in English is a strong plus
⭐ Nice-to-Have Skills
- EMV Scripting & PIN encryption knowledge
- API testing, system integration & test coordination experience
- Open banking, KVKK, GIB/IKS integration awareness
- Previous experience in launching or migrating card products
- Knowledge of settlement/accounting impacts of clearing processes
