What You’ll Do

• Manual QA and solution validation
• Be the first to test new product features
• Validate data flows, dashboards, and system behavior
• Identify and document bugs and edge cases
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams

Your Growth Path

• Stage 1 (6–9 months): Deep, hands-on QA and solution validation
• Stage 2 (6–9 months): Ownership of customer-facing solutions
• Stage 3 (6–9 months): Team leadership and workflow ownership
• High performers can grow into Product, Customer Success, or technical leadership roles.

Requirements

Who You Are

• 2+ years in QA, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, Product Ops, or Implementation
• Highly detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Curious, driven, and resilient
• Comfortable working with SaaS or technical systems
• Ready and willing to work extremely hard in a fast-paced role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
