Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and research.
- Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Perform business process modeling and workflow analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirement documents, user stories, and test cases.
- Participate in the testing and quality assurance process to ensure software solutions meet business requirements.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the software development industry.
