The Job in Short

The Business Analyst is part of the Customer Success (CS) team. CS is a team of highly motivated specialists with the specific skills and experience required to make sure that the implementation of our product at our customer’s location goes ahead as smoothly as possible. The CS team also provides product training and implementation support services to all of our customers and partners. Every project has its own set of unique challenges that must be overcome, and CS team members must be able to think and react quickly to find a solution that works for everyone.

Our CS consultants work closely with partners and customers all over the world. They have the professional and personal skills required to develop, teach, support, and lead teams towards successfully delivering our enterprise solution and achieving their goals.

General Description

Your goal is to capture essential requirements making them clear to our squads, via a business specification document (BSD). So they can develop the functionality the customer requested. With this you help clients realize their vision. You work closely with clients and Squads, acting as a trusted source of input. You analyze, capture, and prioritize client requirements, perform business process gap analysis, and write documentation according to Backbase standards and Ways of Working (BSD, Epics, User stories).


Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role.
  • Industry Awareness: Awareness of Financial services industry products and services.
  • Methodology: Expert in creating Business Specification Documents (BSD), Epics, User stories and BE tasks. Fluent working with Agentic SDLC. 
  • Tooling: Expert in Jira, Gemini (or similar LLM, Google sheets / slides) and workshopping tools like Miro. Has AI as a default way of working.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
  • Language: Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish.

Travel: Willingness to travel according to project need and demand.
