Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong knowledge of core banking systems, preferably Avaloq, to join our team. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, development teams, and business units to analyze requirements, design solutions, and support implementation of banking processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for core banking functionalities.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for Avaloq or similar platforms.
  • Support system configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.
  • Provide post-implementation support and assist in change management.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
  • Hands-on experience with Avaloq Core Banking System (or similar platforms).
  • Strong understanding of banking processes: payments, securities, compliance.
  • Experience in wealth management or private banking.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and integration concepts is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
