  • Plans organizational changes process
  • Implements performance monitoring systems for business processes
  • Supports business users in developing strategic and tactical plans (e.g. sector strategies, implementation plans etc.)
  • Supports definition of transition roadmaps for business architectures
     
  • Bachelor's diploma & 8 years of experience
  • Working knowledge of English: C1 level or higher
  • Has gone at least 1 time through the complete lifecycle of the software solution
  • Knowledge in business processes modelling using BPMN notation,
  • Knowledge in requirements/user stories elicitation and analysis,
  • Knows analysis/modelling notations like UML (capability diagram, activity diagram, state
  • diagram, logical data model etc.)
  • Is proficient in using modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect or others
  • Presents excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Holds ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation effectively
  • Presents problem solving skills
  • Has knowledge or experience from projects in the area of authentic and false identity and
  • travel documents.
  • Has knowledge or experience from projects related to systems processing large number of
  • images.


At least 2 certifications among:

  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent
  • Certified UML Professional certificate at foundation level or BPM 2 fundamental level or
  • equivalent
  • or equivalent certifications recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid
  • credential by the Contracting Authority)
