The work:

As a Delivery Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and readiness of deliverables slated for production. Your primary responsibilities include testing, debugging, and refining items for deployment, while preparing and maintaining all necessary documentation to support the delivery process. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Jira board to ensure all tickets are up-to-date, clearly defined, and include detailed product requirements. Additionally, you will capture and troubleshoot O&M (Operations and Maintenance) items and provide on-site support several times per month. The Delivery Analyst will collaborate closely with developers, providing clear direction and guidance to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables align with project requirements. You will work to streamline processes, integrate technology solutions, and uphold high standards of quality and efficiency.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
