Role purpose

Support leadership with structured analysis, insights, and strategy design to scale SSO efficiently.

Core responsibilities

• Analyse performance across revenue, operations, and marketing.
• Build dashboards, reports, and decision frameworks.
• Support strategic initiatives, pilots, and expansion planning.
• Work cross-functionally to translate data into action.

Success metrics

• Quality and clarity of insights delivered.
• Adoption of recommendations by leadership.
• Improved decision speed and accuracy.

Requirements

• 1–3 years in consulting, analytics, or strategy roles.
• Strong Excel and analytical thinking.
