Te Whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
This Business Adoption Specialist role is dedicated to the Manawa Integration workstream. You’ll be embedded in a single squad, working deeply with cross‑functional teams in the workstream as well as stakeholders and users across the business receiving the change. We are looking for someone to help us help a diverse range of people navigate transformation with clarity and confidence.
You’ll report to the Chapter Lead – Experience & Business Adoption and join a chapter grounded in human centred practices, shared learning, and sustainable ways of working. You’ll be backed by a leader who gives you space to shine and a team that looks after each other.
You’ll be the translator — the person who turns technical into tangible, bringing product, process, and people together. You’ll design experiences that help people understand what’s changing, why it matters, and how to confidently step into new ways of working.
