Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with daily office tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing physical and digital documents.
Perform basic data entry into spreadsheets and internal trackers to keep records updated.
Help prepare simple documents and forms for various department requirements.
Support the team by running local errands and facilitating the delivery or collection of documents.
Provide general assistance during meetings, including room setup and basic note-taking.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word and Excel).
Ability to follow simple verbal and written instructions accurately.
Basic understanding of general office etiquette.
