Building Design Associate - Jakarta, IDN

We are looking for a Building Design Associate to join our team onsite in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this role, you will contribute to the early design and development of building projects, supporting both interior and architectural design efforts from concept through schematic design stages

What you’ll do

• Draw Testfit & Schematic Design.
• Develop an Interior Design scheme.
• Technical detail development (interior & exterior components).
• Research local codes and standards and address compliance in early design phases.
• Coordinate test fits and schematic plans with MEP/FP and Structural engineering strategies.
• QA/QC of internal drawing packages.
• Assist with consultant coordination process and review of milestone deliverables.

What we’re looking for

• 1-3 years relevant experience as a designer with a strong background in interiors/hospitality/F&B and/or renovation / adaptive reuse.
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior design, or related fields.
• Experienced with all project phases.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suites.
• Strong space-planning ability.
• Strong ability in architectural representation, drafting, and detail development.
