The activities of the BT Administrative team member are various and includes:
- Project portfolios follow up and update.
- Data quality follow up and update.
- Third Parties Contract follow up and update.
- Processes monitoring.
- KPI’s follow up and update.
- Budget follow up and update.
- Suppliers’ management.
- Human Resources skills follow up and tracking.
- Level 1 Risk Controls execution, follow up and update.
- Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity execution, follow up and update.
User Access control (Creating, changing and re-certification processes).
Skills:
- Solid understanding of IT architecture and the application lifecycle; comfortable working across business and technical teams.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking; able to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (technical teams, management, agencies).

Reporting & Visualization: advanced Power BI reporting (dashboards, charts, basic data modeling) and strong Excel skills (pivots, formulas; Power Query is a plus).

KPI Management: define, calculate, and monitor multiple KPIs; track SLA/KPI performance and deliver management-ready insights.

Data & Analytics: understanding of Data Warehouse/BI concepts, data flows, refresh cycles, reconciliation, and data-driven decision support.

Data Governance & Data Quality: apply governance principles (ownership, controls, standards) and manage data quality rules, monitoring, and remediation.

Project Lifecycle / Delivery: understanding of end-to-end project delivery—from benefit estimation and business case development, through planning and requirements, to implementation and UAT; able to contribute to or coordinate UAT activities.
- Participation in Steering Committees / governance forums: status reporting, risk/issue escalation, decision support, and alignment on priorities.

Compliance awareness: GDPR, retention policies, auditing, and access management basics.
- Exposure to migration and optimization initiatives (process improvement, system/data migration support).
- Interest or experience in applying AI to business (automation and use cases with governance considerations).
- Work with Procurement departments and processes (payment requests, approvals, order tracking) and budget management (cost tracking/forecasting).
- Domain knowledge Claims/Bonding.
Languages:
- Fluent in English (CEFR – Level C1)
- Fluent in Italian (interactions with Italian agents)
IT:
- Computer and internet affinity and good technical understanding
- Ease regarding the work with varying software, applications and systems different from product to product.
- Professional Microsoft Office skills, esp. MS Excel and MS Word. Power BI is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or another relevant field
Experience:
- First practical experiences on the job in a comparable role
Experience in insurance, banking or services business is a plus
